RICS HomeBuyers/Condition Surveys

We offer very competitive rates for both of the above surveys and also for full structural surveys. We use the latest RICS software in producing these reports giving professional, user-friendly and excellently presented reports. These reports are very well detailed but at a clients request we can pay particular attention to specific elements of the building.

Landlords Full Management only 8%

Landlords Have you paying between 10% - 15% to have your property managed by your existing agent? Have you seen extra charges on your monthly statement which you were unaware of? Have you thought that the contractors charges for maintenance are high? If the answer is yes to any of these questions then you may want to consider a new agent! At MPM with our fully managed service all our fees are included within the management percentage. We do not charge you extras for drafting a tenancy agreement or arranging a renewal. We also do not ask our contractors to pay us commission for any work they carry out on your property which ultimately just gets added on to their bill. We also do not charge you a fee for finding the tenant or a setting up fee this is included in the management percentage. If we don't let your property you won't pay us a penny.
