Landlords Full Management only 9%
Landlords!!! Have you been paying between 10% - 15% to have your property managed by your existing agent? Have you seen extra charges on your monthly statement which you were unaware of? Have you thought that the contractors charges for maintenance are high? If the answer is yes to any of these questions then you may want to consider a new Letting Agent! At MPM, with our fully managed Letting Agency service, all our fees are included within the management percentage. We do not charge you additional fees for drafting a tenancy agreement or arranging a renewal. Unlike many other Letting Agents, we do not take commissions from contractors for any works carried out on your property. We also do not charge you a fee for finding the tenant or a setting up fee; which is included in the management percentage. If we don't let your property, you won't pay us a penny!
Tenant Fee Ban
As of 1st June 2019 all letting agents and landlords will not be able to charge any fees for referencing or any admin fees to tenants. As a result you may find that your Letting Agent now passes these fees onto the Landlord. MPM will not be forwarding these fees onto our clients. Check to see if your Agent is doing the same.
